C..... Boo hoo...
Boo Hoo.... sob sob sob.... such a sad question...
I would say i will choose C... cause i think sooner or later, my parnter will find out the real answer.. so no point hiding from him... unless u decide to die in a remote island and nobody knows our condition.. but i believe.. i will let my family and close frens know my condition, so sooner or later, my parnter will know.. so instead of letting him living in regret forever.. i would say i will let him know, and both of us will go through this together....
