RE: a team.

In addition to what you've reflected in your entry.

Like what you've said, 'Being in a team'. We need to look at the bigger picture. Often it's usually accompanied by taking a big step back and really stare at the picture.

I mean I don't know if you only want us to listen but, if there's any suggestions you need..

Perhaps it'll be ideal for everyone to gather and talk it out or something. Prolly there's a related incident that happened because there's no teamwork, then you or anyone else in the team can step forward and say, 'hey, something is missing in the team here, let's find out what's missing'

I read some quote somewhere, 'Life is made up of 10% of what has happened in your life and 90% of how you're going to react to events that happened in your life'

Something happened betweem the team and the leader, so how can we react towards this 'miscommunication' to prevent snowball effect from happening?
